Almost Fail

Ok so It's what day 2 and I almost forgot to blog already. Anyway I took my dog for a walk today, my dog weighs alot and he pretty much pulls you the entire way. So it was a pretty awesome work out in itself. The walk lasted about 25 minutes so it was nice to be outside for a little longer.
Lets see what did I eat today Iactually skipped breakfast and lunch and had 2 slices of pizza and a salad with only two tbs of dressing so in all honesty not a bad day of eating. Oh wait I had a 100 calorie ice creme bar. They are tasty for only 100 calories. Anyway temptation is pretty hard with your friends wanting to hang out and eat out.
I read the other day that the key importance of weight loss is sleeping hours.
