postheadericon Almost Fail


Ok so It's what day 2 and I almost forgot to blog already. Anyway I took my dog for a walk today, my dog weighs alot and he pretty much pulls you the entire way. So it was a pretty awesome work out in itself. The walk lasted about 25 minutes so it was nice to be outside for a little longer.


Lets see what did I eat today Iactually skipped breakfast and lunch and had 2 slices of pizza and a salad with only two tbs of dressing so in all honesty not a bad day of eating. Oh wait I had a 100 calorie ice creme bar. They are tasty for only 100 calories. Anyway temptation is pretty hard with your friends wanting to hang out and eat out.


I read the other day that the key importance of weight loss is sleeping hours.

Ok! so the calorie count for the day is
Breakfast: 404
2 Eggs and 2 Slices of Wheat Bread
Lunch: 380
Bologna Sandwich
Dinner: 405
Can of Green Beans and Corn
1 Yogurt
Total Calorie Count: 1,189

Took the dog on a walk for 15 minutes I know I’m starting slow but I feel like that is what I need to do to get a good start on this. So far so good but I suppose today is just the first day. I did already have a temptation today my family brought home a pizza with junk all over it and it looks awesome but I know I can’t so I won’t. OH well I’ll blog again tomorrow maybe even later tonight if anything comes up.

postheadericon Start of Everything New


So here I am starting a blog about weight loss. I know you maybe thinking why how original but I am a highly overweight women. I’m 21 years old and I don’t want to stop myself from accomplishing my dreams because I love sugar and hamburgers. I want to see the world but I know someone my size wouldn’t be welcomed on a plane and I want to ride roller coasters again. I am so overweight that when I decided to start this blog I was going to post my weight and height, but I cannot because regular scales don't display my weight. When I was in 8th grade the middle school I went to, took us on a trip to an amusement park. I had to be kicked off the ride because I was too big for the straps. I should of changed my life then but for some reason I turned a blind eye to what was going on. Isn’t that easy to do to turn a blind eye to our faults. Something that should also be known is that my whole family is overweight. As I see my parents age I notice how their knees, backs, and feet hurt so bad that they cannot stand to go out anymore. I don’t want that for myself and I don’t want to die of a heart attack at the age of 30 because I couldn’t put down the fork. Well from now on I will normally post at night so I can tell you what I did for exercise for the day I will post again tonight and say what I did. I hope that I will get some followers on this website so I can share this journey with other people.
